Thomas made his will on 18 November 1625.
Thomas leaves to his loving friends and kinsmen, Thomas Foote grocer and Henry Bonner, haberdasher. He mentions his eight children: John, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Sara, Rebecca, Susan, Martha. He left to his sisters Margaret Foote and Sara Storye thirty shillings to make them a ring.2
Thomas departed this life before 1 December 1625 in England.3 His will was probated on 1 December 1625.

His mother bequeathed to Thomas the property at Horsham which involved payments by him including £5 yearly to his sister Sarah Story which are to be continued by his heirs. He alludes to his deceased mother, to loving friends and kinsmen, Thomas Foote grocer and Henry Bonner, haberdasher; eight children: John, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Sara, Rebecca, Susan, Martha. To sisters Margaret Foote and Sara Storye thirty shillings to make them a ring. It may concluded that he had no other siblings then.
