Elizabeth Brooke

Elizabeth married Col. George Beall, son of Ninean Beall and Lady Ruth Moore, in Prince George's County. George and Elizabeth had children: Ester [ 1716- d.y.], Thomas [1717-1734], Mary [1725-1741], Jane [1726], George [2/25/1729-10/20/1807][m. 4/15/1745 Anne Hinsen & 2nd 9/13/1800 Elizabeth Magrhder], Levin [1733-9/19/1763], Patrick [1735-9/01/1809][m. 1716 Eleanor Goddart], Thomas [1736-1740], Lucy [1738-8/01/1795][m. Samuel Wade Magruder], Rebecca Jane [1739-1748], Elizabeth [1743-1805][m. Walter Evans], Mary [1745-1806], Thomas [ 9/27/1748-10/07/1819][m. 9/26/1773 Nancy Orme]. Elizabeth departed this life on Wednesday, 2 October 1748 in the family Plantation "The Rock of Dunbarton", Prince George's County, Maryland.1 She was buried at Prince George's County in the Beall Bacon Hall Plantation Cemetery. The inscription on her stone read: "Here lyth the body of Elizabeth Beall who departed this life on Oct 2, 1748, aged about 49 years." Her remains were removed from this cemetery on July 26, 1871 and reinterred at Oak Hill Cemetery in Washington DC.
