     Jonathan was born in 1649. Jonathan married Rebecca Shepard, daughter of John Shepard and Rebecca Greenhill, in 1671 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut. Jonathan's wife, Rebecca, died in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut, leaving him a widower. He married 2nd Mary Olcott by whom he had 5 children. He married 3rd Mary Benton who survived him. Jonathan departed this life on Friday, 9 January 1711 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut.1
