James Bick

     James was born. James married Elizabeth Holbrook, daughter of William Holbrook and Elizabeth Pitts, between 11 January 1685 and 9 September 1696 in Mendon, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.¹ On 9 September 1696, Elizabeth's father mentions her as Elizabeth Bick in his will. They resided in Mendon until 1696. James had been involved in a contraversay with the authorities & they were compelled to leave the town of Mendon at which time they moved to their farm in the "Inman Purchace".¹
