Eustache was born on Monday, 27 April 1693 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada. He was christened there on 11 May 1693 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Eustache departed this life on Friday, 21 December 1708 in St-Nicolas, Levis County, Quebec, Canada, at age 15 years, 7 months and 10 days. He was buried there in the churchyard of St-Nicolas on Saturday, 22 December 1708.2
