He was buried there in Franklin Corners in the Old North Church Cemetery. The cemetery is now called North Hardyston Cemetery.6 The division of his estate was on on 29 April 1825 at Hardyston Township, Sussex County, New Jersey. It mentions his children: Charles, Thomas, Isaac, Lewis, Jonas, Elias, Clarrissa, Samuel & George. His property was noted as adjacent to that of John Beardslee.7
