     Beverly was born circa 1768 in Hardyston Township, Sussex County, New Jersey. Beverly married Ann Longstreet circa 1790 in Sussex County, New Jersey. Beverly & Ann had children: Gertrude "Getty", Christopher Longstreet [9/25/1792-1850][m. Rebecca Losey], John W. [1/06/1695-3/06/1862], Charles J. [1/12/1797-3/20/1848][m. 9/16/1811 Rebecca Ayers], William [3/02/1797-4/19/1865 ][m. Lavina Munson], Lydia [1799- ][m. James Perry], Aaron [4/17/1802-9/26/1837][m. Sarah Fairchild], Louisa [1804- ][m. Archibald Ayers].. Paul [1810-3/28/1864][m. Charlotte Tuttle], & Joshua D. Austin [1809-3/11/1893 ][m. Betsy Hammond]. Many of the children removed to Independence Township, Oakland County, Michigan. Beverly drowned in Frankford Township, Sussex County, New Jersey, circa 1825. While fishing in a millpond. The inventory of Beverly's estate was taken in 1825. His will was probated on 9 November 1829. It mentions property locationed in Frankford Township on the public road from Susanna Beardslee's tavern to Franklin Furnace.
