     Ninean was born circa 1674 in Prince George County, Maryland. Ninean married Elizabeth Magruder, daughter of Samuel Magruder and Sarah Mill, in 1703 in Prince George's County, Maryland.1 Ninian and Elizabeth had two children: Samuel [1706-12/12/1780][m. 1731 Jane Beall] & Mary [1708][m. circa 1726 James Edmonston]. Ninean made his will on 1 November 1710 at Prince George's County, Maryland.

I Ninian Beall Jun. being of weak body but of Sound and Perfect memory do make this my last will and Testament – first I bequeath my Soul to the hands of Almighty God and my body to be buried at the discretion of my Deare and loving wife Elizabeth beall and Mr Samuel – Son whom I ordain and appoint my whole Executrix and Executor – Item I give and bequeath to my Dear and loving wife Elizabeth beall my now Dwelling Plantation with all the land thereunto belonging Called the beginning of Saint Beall also I give unto my Deare and loving wife one third of all my Personall Estate During her Naturall Life and then to fall to my Sonn Samuel Beall – Item I give and bequeath to my Son Samuel Beall part of a Tract of Land Called Collinton being on the west side of Collington with the water mill and all the utensils thereunto Belonging know by that Samuel of Beall will and also one third of all my Personall Estate to him and his heirs for ever and in Case of Mortality without Issue then to fall to my Daughter Mary Beall and further that my Son Samuel Beall shall be at age to choose his Guardian att Sixteen years ald and to have his Estate att the age of twenty one years old – I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Mary Beall all that Tract or Parcell of land Called of Addition to Bacon Hall lying on the west Side of the west Branch near Marborah and also one third to all my Personall Estate to her and her heirs for ever but in case of Mortality to fall to my Son Samuel – itt is my will and desire that the other part of Collington brows be Sold to Pay my Just Debts and also my Crop of Tobacco now hanging and further I Desire that the water mill will be cept in Good Repair until my Soon Samuel Beall comes of age and So to be Delivered to him and this I do authorize to be my last Will and Testament and do disavow all other before made whatsoever as Witness my hand and Seal this 1 day of November 1710 – Sined Sealed in the presence of us Thomas Clagott Archibald Edmondson James Moor Rebecca Ellis.2

Ninean departed this life in Prince George County, Maryland. His will was probated on 6 January 1711.
