George made his will on 15 March 1780 at Prince George's County, Maryland.
In the name of God Amen. I George Beall of Montgomery County and state of Maryland being weak of body but of perfect mind and disposing memory and bearing in mind the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life do ordain this to be my last will & testament renouncing & disanuling all former wills and First I will my soul to God in whose mercy with the merits of Jesus Christ I depend for Salvation – Secondly that my body be buried in a decent and Christian manner and Thirdly I will that all my just debts be paid out of the Estate it hath pleased God to bless me and the remainder to be divided in manner and form following viz: I give and bequeath to my son George Beall – Item I give all my houses and lots in George Town to my son Thomas Beall and also all that tract or parcel of Land called “Bejamins Disappointment” and also part of “Dumbarton” to be divided by the great Branch that leads to the Saw Mill hence to the main Road all that part that here to the south ward to belong to my said son Thomas Beall – I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Evans my negro fellow Jack to serve four years and then be set free - Signed Sealed and Acknowledged to be my last Will & Testament in presents of us this 15th day of March 1780 - W. George departed this life on Wednesday, 15 March 1780 in Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland, at age 85 years. He was buried at Prince George's County, Maryland, in the Beall Bacon Hall Plantation Cemetery. His remains were removed from this cemetery on July 26, 1871 and reinterred at Oak Hill Cemetery in Washington DC.1 His will was probated on 24 March 1780.
