Philippe was born. After her father's death in 1220, the Manor of Headington in Oxfordshire passed to her.1 Philippe married (?) (?) Earl of Warwick. This marriage ended in divorce. Philippe departed this life in 1265. After her heath, the Manor of Headington passed to her younger sister, Alice's three daughters.1
