John Barry

     John was born in county Essex, England, at the Manor of Stapleford Tany. John married Joan de Mandeville, daughter of Sir Thomas de Mandeville and Anne Drokensford, before 1400 in County Essex, England. Joan and her husband & Alice and her husband were co-heiress of their father. The manor was rented out to Thomas Lampet for 20 pounds a year. The rents of the manor wert Joan & her husband. Thomas Lampet died in 1410. and after Thomas' death, Thru a series of grants, it became Alice & Helmingius became sole owners.
