     Bridget was born in England. Bridget married Henry Tuthill II, son of Henry Tuthill I and Alice Gooch, in 1634 in County Norfolk. Bridget's husband, Henry, died before 1650 in the Town of Southold leaving her a widow.¹ Bridget married 2nd William Welles II, son of William Wells [Welles] and Elizabeth (?), circa 1653 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Bridget departed this life before 31 May 1654 in the Town of Southold. On this date, her husband, William, was named as the guardian of Henry Tutill's and Bridget's children.
