Charles Witter

     Charles was born on Friday, 18 December 1874 in Wyandot County, Ohio. He was the son of Jacob B. Witter & Maria Daub. Charles was self employed as a residential roofing contrator, and Charles Bloom was a music teacher woring out of his home.⁶ 13 April 1940, Charles and his wife, Emma, were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Marion at 133 West Fairground Street, Ward 2. Charles worked for the W.P.A.⁷ Charles departed this life on Thursday, 2 December 1948 in Marion at age 73 years, 11 months and 14 days.⁸
