Elizabeth was born circa 1701 in Smithfield, Providence County, Rhode Island. Elizabeth married 2nd Roger Williams II on 1 May 1729 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island. Roger & Elizabeth had children: Elizabeth [1734] [m. Jonathan Tourtellot] & Rebecca [1735-1816] [m. David Thayer & 2nd Peleg Williams]. Elizabeth departed this life between 1748 and 7 March 1752 at Scituate, Providence County, Rhode Island. She was buried there in Tourtellot Lot. The inscrption on her tombstone reads: Elizabeth Williams wife of Roger Williams.
