Zephaniah Wade

     Zephaniah was born in 1705 in Prince George's County, Maryland. He was the son of Robert Wade and Elizabeth Sprigg. Zephaniah married Verlinda Pottenger, daughter of John Pottenger and Mary Mill, in 1730 in Prince George's County, Maryland. Zephaniah and Verlinda had children: Elizabeth [-11/19/1764][m. 12/20/1753 John Barry]; William [1737-1815][m. Mary Shepherd], Verlinda [m. William Musgrave] & possibly other childfen. Zephaniah departed this life. The inventory of Zephaniah's estate was taken on Friday, 15 July 1746 at Fairfax County, Virginia.
