     Jonathan was born on Tuesday, 6 June 1758 in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut.1 Jonathan married Summit Lord circa 1784 in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut.2 Jonathan & his family removed to Durham, New York, in the great emigration. He was a Deacon there. He removed with his brother Aaron, in 1816, to Atwater, Portage county, Ohio.3 Jonathan & Submit had children: Dense [1785][m. John Dibble]. Elihu W. [12/23/1789], Sylvester [1792][m. Julia Ann Lord], Patty [1794][tn. Obed Dibbl & Jonathan [1799]m. Miss Green.4,5 Jonathan's wife, Summit, died after 1800 in Durham leaving him a widower. Jonathan married 2nd Sally Ward.6,7 Jonathan's wife, Sally, died on 27 August 1827 in Atwater, Portage County, Ohio, leaving him a widower.8 Jonathan departed this life in July 1843 in Atwater, Portage County, Ohio.9
