     Phebe was born on Tuesday, 21 April 1761 in Orange County, New York. Phebe married Enos Smith on 4 December 1780 in Orange County, New York. Enos & Phebe had children: Luther [8/08/1781], Isaiah W. [12/19/1783], child [12/19/1786], Sarah [6/21/1789], Abigail [1/01/1792], Nathaniel [9/21/1795], William [6/20 /1797], John [10/20/17 99], Irena [9/20/1802] & Phebe Marion [7/02/1806]. Phebe departed this life on Monday, 25 May 1801 in Scotchtown, Orange County, New York, at age 40 years, 1 month and 4 days.2 She was buried there in Scotchtown Cemetery.2
