Elizabeth van Beyeren

     Elizabeth was born in The Hague, Holland, Netherlands. She was never married. Elizabeth made her will on 30 November 1657. She named as her heirs Catherine Helemans, wife of Christianus Coeaershaff & Mary Helemans, wife of Anthony Hucule, giving them what she had inherited from her father, Bastiaen Aelbertse von Beyeren and from her uncle, Frans Jans. After her death, Sebastiaen, son of her brother, contested her will & filed a claim against her estate declaring her weak minded & that he was her sole heir. It was ruled that the two ladies mentioned in her will were to receive what was left to them & that Sebastaen was to receive that part which her mother had given her to have during her life.¹ Elizabeth departed this life after 30 November 1657.
