Phoebe was born the 29th day of the nineth month 1721 at the Town of Hempstead, Queens County, Long Island, New York. Phoebe married Zebulun Seaman, son of David Seaman and Temperance Williams, on 17 April 1743 in Westbury, Hempstead Town, Queens County, Long Island, New York, at the Quaker Meeting House.1 Phoebe departed this life on Thursday, 4 August 1803 in New York.
