Elizabeth was born in Mattituck in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.² Elizabeth married Captain Richard Howell, son of David Howell I and Mary Parshall, circa 1733 in Mattituck in the Town of Southold. Elizabeth died after 14 March 1783 as her sons were directed to provide for her in the will that her husband made on this date.
