     Katherine was born in the Hamlet of Trendle, Pitminster Parish., Somersetshire, England. She was christened there on 29 June 1637 in St. Andrew & St. Mary Church. Katherine married Rev. William Thompson on 19 November 1655 in Boston in the Massachuetts Bay Colony by They were married by the governor John Endecott.1,2
