     Henry Townsend II was born circa 1649 probably at Warwick, Kent County, Rhode Island. Henry married Deborah Underhill, daughter of Captain John Underhill and Elizabeth Feake, circa 1676 in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York. Henry departed this life before 1703 in Queens County, Long Island, New York.

  1. [S124] A Memorial of John, Henry, and Richard Townsend & their descendants., page 185 - Henry, son of Henry 1st, - According to Thompson, married Deborah, daughter of Captain John Underhill. He does not appear on the Records, except in the transfer of property. Nor is it known when he died, but it must have been before 1703.-Issue, Henry, Robert, and a daughter, who was married (Dr. P. Townsend says) to one of the Ludlams, of Hog Island.
