Samuel Thorne

     Samuel was born circa 1648 in Gravesend, New Netrherlands. Samuel married Susannah (?) in the Town of Flushing, Queens County, Long Island, New York. Samuel made his will circa 1732. He mentions his slave, Dinah, was to be freed at his death. Names his children. His daughter, Leziah is named in the will. He appoints his son Benjamin as executor. Witnessed by Isaac Thorne.¹ Samuel departed this life circa 1732. His will was probated in 1732.
