John Tibbetts

     John was born. He was of Freenwich, Rhode Island. John married Sarah Soule, daughter of George Soule and Deborah Thomas, on 20 February 1726. They went with some other relatives to South Carolina about 1730. On his death bed, he made a nuncupative will. In which he mentions his daughter Avis, wife of George Soule of the Oblong, Dutchess County, N. Y., besides several other children. John departed this life in South Carolina.
