     Margaret was born in 1301 in county Essex, England, at the Manor of Stapleford Tany.1 After Margaret's brother died in 1317, the Manor of Stapleford Tany and the manor Eastwick came to her as her inheritance.2,3 Margaret married John Drokensford after 1317 in County Essex, England. Margaret brought the manors of Stapleford-Tany and Eastwick into the marriage. In 1329, Margery Weston, widow of Margaret's brother, Lawrence, granted a quit claim deed releasing her dower rights to the manors. Margaret departed this life before 1341 in county Essex, England, at the Manor of Stapleford Tany.
