Nathaniel was born in 1672 in Medfield Township, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. Nathaniel married Sarah Savage, daughter of John Savage and Sarah Bowen, circa 1691 in Massachusetts. He and Sarah were blessed with 11 childdren. Nathaniel departed this life on Tuesday, 1 April 1732 in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut. He was buried at Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut, in the Old Durham Cemetery.
