     Eleanor was born posthumusly after 14 July 1612 at Chard, Somersetshire, England. Eleanor married Walter Deane circa 1637 in Dorchester.2 Walter and Eleanor had children: Mary [2/24/1641-3/291691] [m. 1661 Shafrack Wilbore], James [9/__/1648-5/25/1725] [m. Sarah Tisdale], Ezra [10/14/1550-7/01/1727] [m. 1676 Bethia Edson], Joseph [ca 1651-1/10/1729], Benjamin [1652-1/10/1728] [m. 1680 Sarah Williams], & a child, a daughter married to Bartholomew Tipping.3 Eleanor departed this life in 1693 in Taunton Township, Bristol County, Massachusetts. On 20 August 1693, Walter and Eleanor sign a deed to Isaack Dean which is the last recorded date showing them still living.
