John Finton Smith

     John Finton was born on Friday, 21 February 1800 in New York. He was the son of Jonas Smith and Huldah Finton. John married Leona Mapes, daughter of Enos Mapes and Irena Vail, on 1 January 1828 in Orange County, New York.
