Sarah was born on Saturday, 10 March 1674 in Rehoboth, Bristol County, Massachusetts. Sarah married Sgt. Nathaniel Sutliffe, son of Nathaniel Sutliffe and Hannah Plimpton, circa 1691 in Massachusetts. She and Nathaniel were blessed with 11 childdren. Sarah departed this life on Saturday, 4 July 1733 in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut. She was buried at Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut, in the Old Durham Cemetery.
