     Marie-Josephe was born on Friday, 8 May 1722 in Grondines, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada. She was christened there on 9 May 1722 in St-Charles-de-Roches Church.1 Marie-Josephe married Eustache Germain dit Belisle, son of Henri Germain dit Belisle and Genevieve-Elisabeth Marcotte, in January 1744 in Grondines, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, at St-Charles-de-Roches Church.2 Eustache & Marie-Josephe had children: Marie-Josehe [12/15/1744-12/29/1820][m. 1/25/1773 Isaac Boudreau], Marie-Louise [2/23/1746-4/06/1829][m. 8/19/1765 Jean Francois Nault] & Eustache [5/24/1749-4/11/1813][m. 1/20/1777 Marie Raymond & 2nd 1/30/1798 Marie-Louise Arcand].3 Marie-Josephe's husband, Eustache, died on 22 January 1794 in Deschambault leaving her a widow. Marie-Josephe departed this life on Saturday, 9 March 1805 in Deschambault at age 82 years, 10 months and 1 day. She was buried there in the churchyard of St-Joseph on Monday, 11 March 1805.4
