Marie Angelique Robitaille

     Marie Angelique was born on Monday, 9 March 1711 in Neuville, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada. She was the daughter of Charles Robitalille and Marie Louise Delisle. She was christened on the same day there in St-Francois-de-Sales Church, Pointe-Aux-Tremples.1 Marie Angelique married Charles Letartre, son of Charles Letartre and Marie Maheu, on 23 September 1748 in Neuville at St-Francois-de-Sales Church, Pointe-Aux-Tremples.2 Charles & Angelique had children: Baptiste-Charles [7/21/1749-6/23/1776], Augustin [1/04/1751-9/05/1752] & child [11/27/1752-11/27/1752].3 Marie's husband, Charles, died circa 4 February 1760 in Neuville, leaving her a widow.4 Marie departed this life on Thursday, 7 January 1796 in Neuville at age 84 years, 9 months and 29 days. She was buried there in the churchyard of St-Francois-de-Sales, Pointe-Aux-Tremples on Saturday, 9 January 1796.5
