Gotthard was born circa 1600 in Stein-Bockenheim, Rheinhessen, Germany. He was a Burgomaster in 1655 and a land holder as late as 1668 in Stein-Bokenheim. Gotthard married 2nd Catharina (?). Gotthard departed this life before 7 November 1671 in Stein-Bockenheim.
