Robert de was born circa 1173 in Long Buckby, Northamptonshire, England.1 Robert married Hawise de Chester Countess of Lincoln in England.2 Robert and Hawise had one daughter, Margaret de Quincy who married John de Lacy, Earl of Lincoln. Robert departed this life in 1217 in London, County Middlesex, England.2 He was buried there in the church of the Hospitallers.
