Elisabeth-Ursule Pinel

     Elisabeth-Ursule was born in Sillery, ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada. She was christened there on 29 June 1666 in the Mission of St-Joseph of the Jesuits.¹ Elisabeth-Ursule married Michel Coutantineau on 24 February 1683 in Neuville, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, at St-Francois-de-Sales Church, Pointe-Aux-Tremples.² Michel & Elisabeth-Ursule had children: Anne [2/16/1684-2/19/1684], Michel [2/10/1685-12/07/1702], Marie Elisabeth Isabelle [6/21/1687-3/25/1756][m. 9/01/1710 Rene Auger], Pierre [1/15/1690-9/27/1692], Jean-Francois [3/1/1692-8/16/1768][m. 11/05/1714 Marie-Louise Matte, 2nd 2/21/1735 Catherine Leroux & 3rd 8/23/1745 Therese Leclerc], Louis [1694][m. 2/05/1720 Marie-Angelique Petit & 2nd 9/17/1748 Angelique Fountet], Marie-Catherine [1697-11/28/1755][m. 11/19/1724 Jean-Francois Aide dit Crequy], Marie-Anne [7/15/1699-5/03/1771][m. 1/25/1723 Louis Auger], Ignace-Francois [1/17/1702-11/11/1769][m. 2/06/1730 Marie-Louise Benoit dit Abel], Michel [8/03/1704-11/26/1777][m. 9/25/1730 Marie-Madeleine Juneau & 2nd 2/08/1740 Charlotte Fournet], Marguerite [7/20/1707-4/17/1766][m. 11/03/1734 Gabriel Robida dit Manseau] & Marie Angelique [8/19/1709-8/24/1709].³ Elisabeth-Ursule's husband, Michel, died circa 9 March 1728 in Neuville, leaving her a widow. Elisabeth-Ursule departed this life in Neuville. She was buried there in the churchyard of St-Francois-de-Sales, Pointe-Aux-Tremples on Monday, 11 June 1736.⁴
