Samuel Pickett

     Samuel was born on Monday, 31 October 1689 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. He was the son of Daniel & Mary [Ufford] Pickett. Samuel married Mary Coe, daughter of Captain John Coe and Mary Hawley, on 27 November 1712 in Stratford at the Old Congregational Church. Daniel & Mary had children: Martha, Margaret, John, Samuel, Thomas, Joseph, Mary, Comfort, Benjamin & Sarah. Samuel departed this life on Tuesday, 23 December 1760 in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut, at age 71 years, 1 month and 23 days.
