Joseph Phillips

     Joseph was born circa 1670. Joseph married Elizabeth Malavery, daughter of John Malavery and Elizabeth Mowry, in 1701. Joseph and Elizabeth had children: John; [-8/21/1719], Joseph, David [m. 9/29/1727 Ruth Benson], Daniel [3/01/1732 Hannah Bull], Elizabeth, Phebe & Jeremiah. Joseph made his will on 21 August 1719 at Providence County, Rhode Island. He names his wife as executrix and also names all of his children. Joseph departed this life on Sunday, 3 September 1719 in Providence County, Rhode Island.¹ His will was probated on 5 October 1719.
