Marie-Marguerite was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She was christened there on 16 February 1666 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.¹ Marie-Marguerite married Jean Pare on 20 October 1681 in Montreal at the Basilica of Notre Dame.² Marie-Marguerite departed this life in Lachine, Montreal. She was buried there in the churchyard of Sts-Anges Gardiens on Saturday, 18 January 1727.³
