Sir Hugh de Peshall

     Hugh de was born in Horsley, Staffordshire, England. Hugh married Juliana Corbet, daughter of Roger Corbet III, in Staffordshire, England, at ___. Hugh fought in the War of the Roses at Bosworth Field fighting for the House of Lancaster in 1485. Hugh was one of four who were knighted on the field. His near cousin, another Hugh de Peshall, faught on the other side supporting Richard III [House of York]. The common ancestor of these two men was Richard Peshall married to Joan Chetwynd.
