     Heinrich Valentine was born on Saturday, 10 October 1761 in Windsor Township, York County, Pennsylvania. He was also noted as Henry Felty Peterman. On 15 November 1761, he was christened in York, York County, Pennsylvania, at Christ Lutheran Church. His sponsors were Henry & Ann Elizabeth Lora.4 Henry married Anna Maria Stromenger on 9 October 1785 in York Township at Trinity First Reformed Church.5 Henry served in the Revolutionary War. Henry & Anna had children: Johan Jacob [7/20/1786-10/30/1839][m. 1/17/1811 Magdalena Mary Spargo], Catharina [5/30/1788], Anna Maria [1/07/1790-1810][m. Michael Peterman], Catherine [2/22/1793-9/04/1872][m. Amos Lee Doane], Maria Magdalena [9/11/1797], George, & Sarah [3/10/1/05-3/17/1879][m. John Durell].6 Henry's wife, Anna, died on 8 February 1845 in Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, leaving him a widower. Henry departed this life on Saturday, 22 March 1845 in Jersey Shore at age 83 years, 5 months and 12 days. He was buried there at Jersey Shore in Jersey Shore Cemetery.7
