Anne was born before 12 November 1617 in Iford, County Sussex, England. She is called "Annis" in her father's will. On 12 November 1617, she was christened in Iford, County Sussex, England, at St. Nicholas' Church.8 On 1 August 1635, Anne left London [the last port being at Plymouth, England] aboard the ship, "Abigail", mastered by Captain Richard Hackwell, enroute for New England. Listed among the passengers were: Dennis Geere age aged 30 years, his wife Elizabeth aged 22 years, Elizabeth Geere aged 3 years, Sarah Geere aged 2 years, Elizabeth Tusolie aged 55 years, Anne Pankhurst aged 16 years [a cousin of Geere], Constance Woods aged 12 years, Thomas Brane, a servant aged 40 years, Thomas Launder aged 22 years. They arrived at Boston about the 8th of October, infested with small pox..9,10,11 Anne married Moyles Williams circa 1638 in Massachusetts. She and Moyles were blessed with 3 children. On December 1635, Anne's cousin Dennis left her "Anne Pankhurst" £50. On 2 October 1639, Anne & her husband, Michael Williams write a letter to procure Anne's legacy from her cousin's wife, Elizabeth, now back in county Sussex, England. On 1 September 1640, Michael Williamson of Rode Island, a locksmith, and his wife Anne released Elizabeth Geere. In 1644, Anne & her family have removed to Hempstead, New York. Anne married 2nd Henry Pearsall circa 1644 in the Town of Hempstead, Queens County, Long Island, New York. Anne's husband, Henry, died before 28 July 1667 in the Town of Hempstead, Queens County, Long Island, New York, leaving her a widow. It was on this day that she was appointed exectrix of his estate; On this date, his widow, Anne was appointed executrix of his will.

In the will of Nicholas Tanner of Rustdorp dated 2 September 1658 & probated 23 June 1666, Henry Pearsall is an executor and he leaves him a cloak & five shillings to each of Henry's children. It is conjectured that Ann may be his daughter. No definite proof.

A record compiled by the children of Moyles & Ann [Valentine] Williams [Joseph, John & Sarah m. Timothy Halstead] - gives up any rights to the homestead of their father to Henry Pearsall. Henry Pearsall and Ann lived in this home and raised their family. This was located on Hellgate Neck. [Note: Anne cannot be the daughter of Richard Valentine. It has been proven that she is Anne, daughter of Nicholas & Barbara [Geere] Pankhurst. - klm]

To wife Elizabeth three hundred pounds. To Elizabeth and Sarah Geere, my two daughters, three hundred pounds apiece. To cousin Ann Pankhurst so much as shall make her portion fifty pounds. To Elizabeth Tuesley twelve pounds to make up that eight pounds I owe her twenty. Roger Carver, of Bridhernson,* and John Russell, of Lewis, in Sussex, appointed overseers for estate in old England. Among the list of other passengers were Dennis Geere 30 certified by the minister of Lynn, Islesworth, County Middlesex, but came from Ovingvean, County Sussex. Who came with him: Mrs. Elizabeth Geere 22.
