     Honor was born circa 1577 in the parish of Lelant, County Cornwall, England. Honor married John Underhill, son of Thomas Underhill and Magdalen Amyas, before 18 October 1597 in St. Ives, County Cornwall, England. On this day, John & Honor file a suit to gain rights to her father, James Pawley's estate. She and John were blessed with John, Lettice, Petronella and possibly others.. As seen above, after she had moved to Holland, Honor's name was translated as Leonora Onderheil in Dutch documents. Honor's husband, John, died in 1608 in Bergen Op Zoom, North Brabant, Netherlands, leaving her a widow. Honor married 2nd Richard Morris on 28 November 1628 in The Hague, Holland, Netherlands, at Kloosterkerk.1 Honor was a witness and the godmother of her daughter's, Petronella, son, Ulrich on 2 August 1640 in New Ansterdam. On 22 May 1647, William Baulston wrote to John Winthrop concerning their Indian maid servant's disappearance. In this letter reference is made to of Mrs. Morris as being "aged and weak".2,3,4 Honor died between Honor probalby died soon after this date, but definitely before 18 December 1658 when it is known her husband has remarried.5

Shelley, John Underhill Captain of New England and New, page 102 - …The Hague set forth that, on the date mentioned, “Leonora Onderheil, widow of John Onderheil, both from England, and dwelling at The Hague” was betrothed to “Dirck Thomas, swordcutler”; and that the marriage was performed by E. Modeus on the 28th of November, 1628.

Morrison, Underhills of Warwickshire, page 78 - In 1639, Petronella Underhill, with her husband, Ulrich Lupold, appears in the records of New Amsterdam; they seem to have left again for Europe in 1642. On August 2, 1640, a child of theirs was baptized; and after the utch custom, one of the witnesses was the grandmother, "Leonora Onderhyll"
