Mary was born in Great Leighs, County Essex, England. She was christened there on 15 December 1593 in St. Mary the Virgin Church.1 Mary departed this life in Great Leighs. She was buried there in the churchyard of St. Mary the Virgin on Thursday, 22 December 1594.1
