     Ebenezer was born circa 1702 in Monomoit, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Ebenezer married Constant Covell, daughter of Joseph Covell and Hannah Bassett, circa 1719 in Chatham. In 1712, Monomoit was incorporated and the name was changed to Chatham. Ebenezer and Constant and children: Ebenezer [-5/14/1778] [m. 2/24/1746 Mehitable Gray], Seth [-circa 5/05/1798] [m. Mary], Nathan [m. 5/17/1749 Abigail Eldridge & 2nd. 10/08/1761 Susanna Godfrey Cole], Dorcas [m. circa 1750 Stephen Nickerson], Thomas [m. 4/18/1762 Mercy Nickerson], Uriah [-1814] [m. 4/17/1760 Hannah Smith], Timothy [m. 5/08/1766 Elizabeth Farris] & Constant [m. 11/11/1773 Phebe Nickerson].1 Ebenezer made his will on 25 March 1762.

He left his wife all his "household goods and within doors movables , , and the use and improvement of all my estate." To his sons, Ebenezere, Seth, Nathaniel and Thomas 10 shillings "exclusive of what they already had" to son Constant 13.6.8 at age 21. To sons Timothy, Uriah and Constant his land and buildings and all his stock, tools and debts due.

Ebenezer departed this life in Chatham. His will was probated on 12 April 1762. The inventory of Ebenezer's estate was taken , and the total value amounted to 468 pounds and 16 shillings.
