Michel Nau

M, b. 1698, d. 21 February 1768
     Michel was born in 1698 in Quebec, Canada. He was the son of Francois Naud and Marie Therese Chaille. Michel married Genevieve Germain dit Belisle, daughter of Henri Germain dit Belisle and Genevieve-Elisabeth Marcotte, on 17 August 1738 in Deschambault, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, at the church of St-Joseph.1 Michael and Genevieve had children, Marie-Therese [8/06/1739-4/05/1740], Michel [2/26/1741-11/21/1813] & Pierre-Joseph [8/19/1743-11/14/1813][m. 8/22/1774 Josephe Groleau].2 Michel departed this life on Sunday, 21 February 1768 in Deschambault at age 70 years. He was buried there in the churchyard of St-Joseph on Monday, 22 February 1768.3
