M, b. circa 1680, d. 1764
     James was born circa 1680 in the Town of Flushing, Queens County, Long Island, New York. James married Abigail Fowler, daughter of Henry Fowler IV and Abigail Hoyt, before 1717 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. Abigail & James deed land to her brother, Henry in this year. He was appointed guardian of Abigail's daughter, Mary Shute. James departed this life in 1764 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York.
