Osborne Lagatus1,2

     Osborne was born before 1250 in England. It is not known if the first known whether descendant of Osborne was his son, grandson or later generation, His first known descendant was William. Osborne was a papal legate to England. He resided in Havering, County Essex, England from 1250-1307. He is the progenitor of the Leggett family. Osborne departed this life circa 1307 in Havering.
