Sarah Crane

F, d. 28 January 1736
     Sarah was born. She was the daughter of Jasper Crane and Joanna Swaine. Sarah married Joseph Wheeler, son of Joseph Wheeler and Patience Holbrook, on 27 March 1707 in Milford. The ceremony was performed by Mr. Samuel Andrews.1,2 Joseph and Sarah had children: Mary, Patience, Abigail, Ephraim [8/05/1718] [m. Mary], Stephen [2/__/1721-7/17/1747] & Dorcas. Sarah's husband, Joseph, died before 15 September 1727 in Newark Township, leaving her a widow. Sarah departed this life on Saturday, 28 January 1736 in Newark Township, Essex County, New Jersey.3
