Joost Vredenburgh

     Joost was born before 1 January 1699 in New York City, New York County, New York. He was christened there on 1 January 1699 in the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church.1 He was the son of Isaac Vredenburgh and Janneken Joosten. The banns were published on 11 June 1725. Joost married Magdalena Brauwer on 26 June 1725 in Manhattan, New York County, New York. Joost and Magdalena had children: 1.Nicolaas [8/27/1725], Jannetje [3/13/1728] & Isaac [12/13/1730].
