Isaac Vredenburgh

     Isaac was born before 4 October 1665 in New York City, New York County, New York. On 4 October 1665, he was christened in New York City, New York County, New York, at the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church. The witnesses were Pieter Van Couwenhoven & Aeltje Barrents.¹ He was the son of Willem Isaacsen Van Vredenburgh and Appolona Barrentszen Cool. Isaac married Janneken Joosten, daughter of Joost Carelszen and Styntie Jans, on 7 March 1694 at the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church in the City, County & State of New York. Janneken was the widow of John Pell.² It is assumed Isaac died before before 19 August 1710 in New York City, New York County, New York, as his wife was remarralried on this date.
