John Truesdale II1

M, b. 1737
     John was born in 1737 in North Castle, Westchester County, New York. He was the son of John Truesdale and Experience Maltby. John married Mary Whitney, daughter of Daniel Whitney and Thankful Burt, on 16 September 1742 in Westchester County, New York. John and Mary had children: Daniel [ -11/06/1808], Benjamin [ -1846] [m. Catherine Nover], Polly [m. 1801 Abraham Smith] & Sarah [1786-1855] [m. 1804 Jacob Reeder]. The family first lived in Warwick, Orange County, New York and later removed to Wyoming Region, Pennsylvania.
